Under the authority of subsections 22(2) and 27(8) of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to identify those persons to whom timber must be offered for sale, as listed in Annex 3 of the Minister’s Submission, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
