Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.0241 hectare and being more particularly described in Annex “B” attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to subsequently transfer administration and control of the land to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
