Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 140 square metres situated at St. Paul’s in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to the Town of St. Paul’s for the purpose of a slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences to occupy.
