Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 53 square metres situated at Rocky Harbour in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to Mr. George Irving Shears for the purpose of a replacement boathouse and wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences to occupy.
