An Act Respecting the Delivery of Health and Community Services and the Establishment of Regional Health Authorities
Under the authority of section 31 of “An Act Respecting the Delivery of Health and Community Services and the Establishment of Regional Health Authorities,” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on April 1, 2008.
