Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mike Samson as the Chief Executive Officer of the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, in addition to his role as the Chief Executive Officer of Fire and Emergency Services - Newfoundland and Labrador, effective March 26, 2013, at his current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan and with general salary increases applicable to the Executive to apply.
