Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $2.0M against its budgetary appropriations for 2014-15 and up to $2.0M against its budgetary appropriations for 2015-16 to facilitate the extension of a contract with Bell Aliant Regional Communications Limited Partnership for the provisioning of Government’s wide area data network.
