Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in 2014-15 up to $30,775,800 and in 2015-16 up to $17,952,600 to facilitate the execution of a contract with Damen Shipyards of the Netherlands for the provision of an 80-metre ferry vessel.
