Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area not exceeding 46.6 hectares at Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador, to Goose Bay Capital Corp Inc. for the purpose of a commercial/residential subdivision, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
