Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment to pre-commit $2,500,000 against its 2009-10 appropriations under Youth and Student Services to facilitate the delivery of student programs and services.
