Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Public Service Secretariat to precommit funds in the amount of $25,000 against its 2008/09 appropriations for the provision of consultant services related to public sector compensation services.
