Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to precommit funds of $778,000 against its 2008/09 appropriations for Alterations and Improvements to Existing Facilities to facilitate awarding a contract for the upgrading of the fire alarm system in Confederation Building.
