Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer two parcels of expropriated land in Nain, Labrador, the descriptions of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Federal Government for marine infrastructure purposes.
