Under the authority of sections 57 and 58 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, each for a term of three years:
a) Ms. Doreen M. Chaulk (Public Interest Representative);
b) Mr. Randolph J. Piercey, Q.C. (Member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador);
c) Ms. Jill Kathryn Brown (Member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador);
d) Ms. Rebecca Redmond MacLean (Member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador);
e) Mr. Shawn C. A. Colbourne, Q.C. (Member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador); and
f) Mr. Brian F. Furey, Q.C. (Member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador).
