 Under the authority of section 25 of the Human Right Code, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Human Rights Code Panel of Adjudicators, each for a three year term:

i) Mr. James Merrigan, Chief Adjudicator;

ii)  Ms. Glenda Best, QC, Adjudicator;

iii) Ms. Kerri-Lynn Power, Adjudicator;

iv) Mr. Aidan Beresford, QC, Adjuducator;

v) Mr. Cillian Sheahan, Adjudicator; and

vi) Ms. Jennifer Newbury, Adjudicator
