Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the lease of 3870 square feet of office space at 29 Pippy Place, St. John’s, NL from Moore Holdings Ltd. for the Newfoundland and Labrador Research and Development Council, for a one-year period commencing on the date of occupancy, with a one year option to renew, at a rental rate of $20.65 per square foot ($79,915.50 annually), under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister of Transportation and Works.
