Under the authority of section 14(3) of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Energy Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador to purchase the shares of the Bull Arm Site Corporation for $1 and to maintain the Bull Arm Site Corporation as a subsidiary of the Energy Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
