Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to precommit up to $2.0 million against its 2009-10 budgetary allocation for the Regional/Sectoral Diversification Fund.
