Under the authority of subsection 15(4) of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves the Budget for the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities for the fiscal year commencing April 1, 2008, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
