Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to precommit funds against its appropriations for Building Utilities and Maintenance as follows: $3,055,000 for 2008-09; $2,579,600 for 2009-10; $1,993,500 for 2010-11; and $12,800 for 2011-12, to facilitate the award of various service contracts.
