Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Barbara Cull as the Acting Assistant Deputy Minister - Service Delivery and Regional Operations in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective April 1, 2013, until the permanent incumbent returns or until the position is filled on a permanent basis, with salary set at Step 17 of the 1628 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
