Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey the remnant parcel of expropriated land measuring 0.0331 Hectare, located at Bay Roberts Access Road and as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “C” of the Minister’s submission, to the Town of Bay Roberts under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister.
