Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 10,786 square feet of office space occupied by the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission from Zorin Industries Ltd., in the Cormack Building, St. John’s, NL, for a twelve month period on a month to month basis from March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009 at an annual rental rate of $242,677.80 ($22.50 per square foot) under the existing terms and conditions of the original lease.
