Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funds in the amount of $509,300 against its 2012-13 budgetary appropriations for the purposes of entering into a five-year end-user agreement with Persona Communications.
