Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to precommit $553,000 against its 2008/09 budget allocation to facilitate the award of tender to construct a building extension for the veterinary office at Pynn’s Brook.
