Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to rename the Trade and Investment Branch in the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development as the Trade and Export Development Branch, with the Branch to be led by an Assistant Deputy Minister, and with the position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification.
