Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 550 square feet of storage space occupied by the Provincial Court Storage, Department of Justice from Southwest Properties Partnership, in Atlantic Place, NL, for a period of five (5) years, where the commencement date has yet to be determined, with an option to renew up to a further two (2) year term under a new lease agreement and at a rental rate of $7.50 per square foot.
