Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Dwanda Newman as a full-time Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities, effective April 14, 2008, with a 10% increase in salary on appointment on a personal basis, and with general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
