Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near Cantwell Place, Town of Torbay, in the Electoral District of Cape St. Francis, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft conveyance, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Hubert Cantwell and Carol Cantwell subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Hubert Cantwell and Carol Cantwell.
