Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Mark Jones as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister – Culture and Recreation in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, with this assignment effective April 22, 2008 to March 31, 2009 or such later date as may be determined by the Clerk of the Executive Council, with salary at Step 18 of the 1312 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
