Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Gilbert as Assistant Deputy Minister with the Rural Secretariat, within the Office of Executive Council, effective May 26, 2008, with salary at Step 21 of the 1308 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.   Mr. Gilbert shall be entitled to be paid 100% of reasonable expenses for his relocation from Nova Scotia, with his relocation plan to be pre-approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council and administered in accordance with Government’s Relocation Policy.  The Schedule of Amortization of Relocation Expenses set out in the Policy will apply to Mr. Gilbert only if he decides to terminate his employment within the first year.  (Revoked by OC2016-155)
