Under the authority of section 8 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Mental Health Care and Treatment Regulations,” a copy on which is attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
