Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,943 square feet of office space for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Provincial Representative in Ottawa at Suite 1604, 150 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, from Paradigm Properties Inc., for a period of five (5) years, commencing at a current date, with an option to renew for a further five (5) year term under a new lease agreement and at a rental rate of $23.50 per square foot, with the increase in funding to be reallocated within the annual budgetary allocations of the Office of the Provincial Representative.
