Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown grant comprising an area of 0.18 hectares located at Sandringham, Newfoundland and Labrador in the Electoral District of Terra Nova to Mr. David Mercer and Mrs. Kellie O’Reilly-Mercer, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
