Mental Health Care and Treatment Act
Under the authority of sections 57 and 58 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Janine Evans to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Kimberley McLennan, effective from a current date to October 1, 2010.
