Under the authority of section 60 of the Judicature Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Christopher P. Curran, Q.C., as Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective from a current date, at his current salary and point scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, and with the continued status of a deputy minister, on a personal basis.

OC2006-250 and OC2006-251 are hereby replaced.
