Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Noble as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister - Public Protection and Support Services in the Department of Justice, effective from a current date until a permanent incumbent is appointed, with salary at Step 29 of the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 for the duration of this assignment.
