Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Marvin McNutt as Assistant Deputy Minister on Special Assignment as mentor to the Acting Assistant Deputy Minister - Public Protection and Support Services in the Department of Justice, effective from a current date, at his current salary.
