Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to precommit funds against capital account appropriations 4.1.04.05 (Royal Newfoundland Constabulary – Capital) in the amount of $0.6 million for fiscal year 2009/10 to facilitate the awarding of the contract for project consultant services.
