Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to renew the Memorandum of Understanding for the Atlantic Provinces Community College Consortium for a period of three years from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2011, substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, including any further automatic three year renewals pursuant to Clause 25 of the Memorandum of Understanding without further reference to Cabinet where there are no policy or substantial financial implications.
