Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 15 square metres situated at Spread Eagle Bay in the Electoral District of Bellevue, to Mr. Lawrence Reid for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
