Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land not exceeding an area of 50 square metres situated at Southwest Arm, King’s Point in the Electoral District of Baie Verte-Springdale, to Mr. Bryce Vokey for the purpose of a slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
