Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) and subsection 4(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for Crown land comprising an area of 8 square metres in Burgeo in the Electoral District of Burgeo-La Poile to Mr. Edward Lushman for the purpose of adding property for an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
