Under the authority of section 14 of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reconstitute the Conflict of Interest Advisory Committee consisting of the following people:

i)  Ed Walsh, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Public Service Commission;

ii)  Brenda Caul, Deputy Minister of the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment;

iii) Sheree MacDonald, Deputy Minister of the Department of Government Services

iv) Robert Smart, Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works;

v) Deborah Paquette, Q.C., Assistant Deputy Minister (Civil Law) of the Department of Justice.
