Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Main Supply for 2008-2009 in the amount of $4,031,867,500 in addition to the amount of $1,902,039,700 authorized by the Interim Supply Act, 2008, details thereof being set forth in the appended Schedule hereto.
