Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $2,000,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations to accommodate acquisition of propulsion systems for a medium class vessel.
