Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to precommit funds of $800,000 in 2009-10, $770,000 in 2010-11, $740,000 in 2011-12 and $730,000 in 2012-13 in order to fund the service costs associated with federal-provincial student loans administrative integration agreements.
