Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to precommit the following funds, for the licensing fee to participate in BizPaL, against its budgetary appropriations for the fiscal years: (i)  2009-2010 in the amount of $27,370; (ii) 2010-2011 in the amount of $27,869; (iii) 2011-2012 in the amount of $28,378.
