Under the authority of Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby seconds Mr. David Jones, Q.C. as Legal Advisor (Special Projects) to the Civil Division of the Department of Justice, effective May 30, 2008, with salary at Level V, Step 9 of the Solicitor’s Pay Plan and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
