Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Donna Brewer as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective June 5, 2008, with salary in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures for the duration of this appointment.
